Your face is a constant image
Floating through my head.
Oh how I long to touch your face.
Your beautiful blue eyes,
Sparkle when you smile.
I want to look deep into your eyes
And read your every thought
Without you even saying a word.
I want to feel your arms around me
Holding me tightly and securely
I want to feel safe, far from harm's way.
If you and I could be together
The world would vanish around us.
Nonexistant to others.
It would be you and me, me and you,
Together, and nothing else.
The only thing that would matter
Would be our love for one another.
So strong and secure
Nothing could break us apart.
